Vinci AI offers one-time credits purchases for AI visual generation. This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed.
One-Time Credits Purchases
Vinci AI credits are sold as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits are added to the purchasing account and can be used for eligible generation modes shown in the product.
Refund Requests
You may request a refund by contacting support@vinciai.org. Please include your account email, checkout or order details, and a short explanation of the issue.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may consider refunds for duplicate charges, failed credit delivery, technical issues that prevent use of purchased credits, or other billing errors that can be reasonably verified.
Limits
We do not promise unconditional refunds. Refunds may be declined when credits have already been used, when the request cannot be verified, when there is evidence of policy abuse, or when the issue is outside Vinci AI's control. Approved refunds may remove related credits or account benefits.
