Prohibited Use Policy

• Creating, requesting, uploading, storing, or sharing NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative content.
• Generating deepfakes, face swaps, face manipulation, impersonation, or misleading identity-based content.
• Using celebrity likeness, public figure likeness, or a real person's likeness without appropriate rights and consent.
• Infringing copyrights, trademarks, logos, brand assets, protected characters, artwork, or other third-party intellectual property.
• Generating illegal content or content that promotes, facilitates, or instructs illegal activity.
• Creating hateful, abusive, harassing, violent, self-harm, extremist, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Creating content involving minors in sexualized, exploitative, unsafe, or abusive contexts.
• Bypassing safety systems, usage limits, rate limits, payment controls, authentication, or abuse-prevention controls.
• Reselling, scraping, reverse engineering, or overloading Vinci AI or its underlying providers.
• Using generated content for fraud, scams, phishing, fake endorsements, misleading ads, or other deceptive commercial activity.

Vinci AI may refuse generation, remove stored records, restrict account access, withhold service, or take other action when use of the service violates this policy, creates legal risk, or harms users, third parties, payment providers, infrastructure, or the product.
